John Costa

The irrepressible John Costa launched his cooking career at the age of 16 in  the kitchen of Santa Clara Valley's own Bumbleberry Restaurant. Quickly learning the ropes and discovering a knack for mixing traditional and not-so-traditional ingredients, John became a self-taught cooking marvel, creating delicious, down-home food for a series of delighted customers.

30 years worth of restaurants, cooking shows and recipes later, John now specializes in creating food for people on restricted diets, using alternative ingredients and innovative techniques to craft flavorful and tasty dishes for everyone.
